What are corporate leases
A corporate lease is a lease used by a business entity (usually a corporation) to secure several lodging units (generally apartments, houses, or condos). The entity can then choose to sublet out to those in need of short-term rentals and corporate housing options.
Who qualifies
WPC candidates are those seeking temporary housing such as being in the process of buying a house, military personnel, traveling doctors & nurses, remote workers and C-Level personnel. We also assist
individuals that have recently been denied housing due to low credit scores caused by past evictions, credit card debt, or zero credit due to lack of credit usage, etc.
How long is the application process
The application process can take up to a month depending on the type of property selected at the time of application. Apartments can take up to three (3) weeks while condos to single family homes tend to take a little longer - up to a month.

What fees am I responsible for
All tenants are responsible the paying for the following services on a monthly basis - property rent plus 10% property management fee, home utilities, internet fees, rental insurance and pet fees (if applicable).
What is the property management fee
All tenants will have 10% added to their monthly rent at time of approval. This fee is used to secure the property and all legal responsibilities under the Corporation. This is required by Maryland State Law.

WPC is currently providing residential homes for rent in the following areas: Maryland - Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Charles County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County; Virginia - Alexandria, Arlington & Fairfax; Washington, D.C.; Florida - Kissimmee & Orlando.
Lease terms
WPC offers leases for terms of six months to a term of two years with the option to renew at the end of each term. Lease renewals are based on payment history. Shorter lease terms are available for military and traveling/remote workers.
What is included in my rent
WPC provides a professional cleaning of the home once a month as well as reserved parking & valet trash service (at available locations).
