We perform all maintenance, physical upkeep and landscaping activities required to keep the properties we manage operational. As an additional service, WPC's performs mandatory monthly professional cleanings of all properties managed.

No. WPC uses other determining factors such as length of employment and financial history.
Creditworthiness is based upon your length of time with your employer. A term of at least six months is needed in order to qualify for a WPC apartment rental and one year for a WPC single family home rental. Employers are verified using a National Employer Verification software to ensure the validity of the company.
Although an applicant's credit score is not used to determine approval, WPC must perform a background check to confirm each applicant's identity to prevent fraud or misrepresentation - such as identity theft.
The security deposit will be used to cover 25% of the initial fees needed to secure the lease at time of property obtainment and will be used for any damages made to the property during rental or to cover fees affiliated with breaking the lease before end of leasing term.
Security deposit amounts are determined based on the type of property leased and will be returned to the applicant within forty-five (45) days after move-out. Deposits are set at one month's rent and are due on day of move in.
Administrative fees are used to pay for the services obtained by third parties for both background checks and income verification. Administrative fees are determined based on property type and are due within seven (7) days of Approval. Apartment $300, Condo $425, and Single Family/Townhome - $500. Application will be DENIED if funds are not received by due date.
Application fees are used to pay for the services provided by WPC and to have WPC obtain housing for you. The fee includes the application for one (1) property and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To secure application admission: Applicants must submit the following to place an application with Whisper Phoenix Corp: Application, Fess & New Applicant Intake meeting with a WPC Leasing Agent.
To secure home: Application MUST provide the Security Deposit within 7 business days of approval notification.
To move-in: Current Month's Rent on day of move-in (if prorated due to date of move-in, the last month of lease is prorated) and all applicable fees.
Application, Administrative, Security Deposits & First Month's Rent must be paid with certified funds, debit or credit ONLY.
Monthly rental payments & utilities must be made using resident portal.
WPC does not accept personal or business checks at this time.
All new residents must bring the following items with them on the day of move-in to receive their keys:
